Cancellation and refund

  • Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

    At Inakshherbals, we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that:

    • The item may be damaged during transit,
    • There may be a manufacturing defect, or
    • A wrong item is delivered to you,

    we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the full amount, provided that the request for replacement or return is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be accepted after the order has been processed, except for the reasons listed above.

    To request a refund or replacement, please email us at inakshherbals@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the request. Kindly attach an image of the product, clearly showing the batch number and the invoice for our reference. We will not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our prior confirmation.

    Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the products within 4-7 days of receiving your request. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

    In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

    Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable and the customer has already made a payment, we will refund the full amount.

    Conditions for Returns:

    • Inakshherbals will only accept products that are returned unopened.
    • Any returned product that has an open seal, improper handling, damaged or torn boxes, or missing labels/instructions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging. Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return. If a product is damaged upon delivery, it is important to contact us immediately and inform our customer service team. A detailed email with shipment information is required.

    How will I get the refund? In the case of a return, replacement, or refund, we process the refund within 5-7 days from the date the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

    • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account used for the original payment within 5-7 days from the date we receive the returned products. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the billing details provided by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date we receive the products back and your bank details via email. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Changes in the Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy: We regularly review our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
