Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399/- anywhere in India.

For prepaid orders below ₹399, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be added. For orders above ₹399, prepaid shipping is free.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on all orders. For orders below ₹399, a COD fee of ₹80 will be added. For orders above ₹399, COD is free.

The cart value for both scenarios will be calculated after the application of any discounts or coupons.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched, with a tentative delivery time of 5-7 working days from the dispatch date.

Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During festivals and lockdowns, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping: Currently, we are not accepting international orders. For inquiries from outside India, please email us your requirements at inakshherbals@gmail.com. We will respond to you and do our best to fulfill your needs.

General Scenario: If we receive a cancellation email and the order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Inakshherbals reserves the right to decide whether an order can be canceled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Inakshherbals regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by Inakshherbals: Inakshherbals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. A full refund will be issued, and the customer will be informed.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the customer (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address, recipient not available, etc.), any additional costs incurred by Inakshherbals for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

Coupon Terms & Conditions:

• Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Inakshherbals reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• The coupon offer will not be valid until applied to the qualifying item.
• The coupon may only be used on www.inakshherbals.in and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Inakshherbals. The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
• Only one coupon may be used per customer.
• If you return any items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount will be subtracted from the return credit.
• Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.

• Void where prohibited.

• Consumers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.
